Become a Buildigo partner

A change or cancellation can be made at the end of the existing contract period. The fees you already paid shall not be refunded. You can choose between a monthly or an annual payment. If you pay annually, you get a discount.

You can upgrade your current plan anytime and without delay. You can activate the desired plan in the user settings. The conditions of the your plan are adjusted immediately for all jobs for which no invoice has yet been created.

You can downgrade your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect after the existing contract period has expired. The new conditions will be adjusted for all orders for which no invoice has yet been issued.

You can find all the information about the different plans in the product comparison. We are constantly working on new functionalities and solutions to make our product even better. Your subscription is therefore constantly being improved with new features. We will also be happy to advise you personally on 031 311 35 00.

We understand you want to try Buildigo before you subscribe to a paid service package. That's why we offer the basic subscription without any fixed costs. There is no obligation for you in this model and you can adjust your package any time to benefit from additional features or to get better conditions.

Buildigo grants a payment guarantee in the amount of the accepted offer, provided the following conditions are met:

• The contract or offer was processed via the Buildigo platform

• The offer was published on Buildigo and accepted by the customer

• You, as a company, have subscribed to a Pro or Flex subscription with Buildigo before submitting the offer to the client.
