Impulse consultation

With the ‘renewable heating’ impulse consultation, owners of detached houses, apartment blocks and condominiums have a specialist at their side to answer any questions they may have about their heating system. The impulse advisor visits the building and advises on site about the options for replacing the heating system. This makes it easier to choose the right renewable heating system for the property. The ‘renewable heating’ impulse consultation is free of charge and non-binding for building owners, i.e. they decide when and with whom they want to replace their heating system.

Alternatively, you can use the postcode search on the website of erneuerbarheizen.ch for a list of authorised impulse consultants in your area. Select an impulse consultant from the list and simply make an appointment.

Before placing an order, please make sure that the impulse counselling is free of charge for you by contacting the selected impulse counsellor.

The scope of the impulse consultation for heating system replacement is as follows:

Single-family homes and apartment blocks up to 6 residential units or non-residential buildings up to 30 kW heating capacity: approx. 1.5 hours on site (incl. preparation and follow-up approx. 3 hours).

Condominium owners' associations and apartment blocks with more than 6 residential units or non-residential buildings with a heating capacity of more than 30 kW: approx. 5 hours on site (on-site inspection and subsequent consultation; including return journey), totalling approx. 12 hours with extensive preparation and follow-up work.

During this time, the checklist is discussed and explained, possible heating systems are explainedd and a recommendation is made based on the consultation and expertise.
