To remain vigilant, you can minimize a bed bug infestation by doing the following: Don't unpack your luggage in the bedroom after overnight stays. It is best to unpack suitcases in your laundry room or outdoors. If neighbors tell you about inexplicable bites, you should also keep an eye on the situation. Bed bugs can migrate through cracks and crevices into adjacent rooms and bite their occupants. When buying second-hand products, lookout for signs of bed bugs (described above).
